To every student of knowledge and anyone interested in dermatology, I dedicate this website,
which took me nearly two years of continuous effort to compile, organize, and interlink. It is supported by clinical and histopathological images, alongside up-to-date theoretical information drawn from the best dermatology references.

I have strived to make this work a comprehensive resource that eliminates the need to move between multiple websites, atlases, and references. In my view, it represents the shortest path to success in examinations, whether for medical students or postgraduate trainees. These exams typically rely on modern theoretical knowledge, followed by practical assessments involving clinical examination and patient interaction, then diagnostic tests based on disease images presented via screens or computers, in addition to histopathology exams requiring diagnosis from microscopic slides, and finally an oral examination.

Perhaps what is most remarkable is that the number of images I have collected from books and online resources exceeds 50,000 images—a long-standing passion that has greatly benefited my work as a dermatology specialist.

I have also translated disease names into Arabic according to the terminology of the Arabic Language Academy and included them as keywords on the website, to facilitate access for my colleagues and loved ones in Syria, and for Arabic-language learners, whom I am proud to be among, whether they search in Arabic or English.

As for the rest of the theoretical content, it remains in English, since translating and continuously updating medical information is a significant challenge that requires dedicated effort and specialized institutions. Translated books often lose their value as soon as newer editions of the original sources are published.
